The Calabrian Spicy - our signature slice. We put 3 cheeses (mozzarella, romano, and parmesan) onto our house-made Roman style crust. Then we add The Serious Foodie Calabrian Chile Relish (hot, but not crazy hot - has lots of amazing flavor), Calabrian Salami, and fresh basil. We raise/farm our own fresh basil, BTW.
